Counseling for adolescents and adults In Nebraska
Welcome to Lime Tree Therapy
A place to gather
For centuries, lime trees, also known as linden trees, have served as gathering places in communities across Europe. People came together beneath their branches to talk, make decisions, celebrate, and support one another. I chose the name Lime Tree Therapy because I want my practice to offer something of that same spirit: a place where people can find connection, gain strength, and feel supported as they navigate life.
How Therapy Works
Reach Out
Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part. Reach out with questions or to schedule an initial appointment. I’m happy to help you decide if we’re a good fit.
First Session
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you in, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no need to prepare anything beforehand.
Ongoing Work
Therapy is a process of understanding patterns, exploring what matters to you, and finding ways to think, feel, and respond differently. We’ll shape our work around your needs and adjust as you learn more about yourself and what helps.

About Me
Wife, Mother, TherapistMy path to counseling took some unexpected turns, from studying business and law to raising my family and returning to school to become a therapist. I love getting to know people, understanding how they think and experience the world, and working alongside them as they move toward their goals. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life transitions. I work with a range of other mental health challenges including trauma, grief, ODD, PTSD, and relationship conflict, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs.
Accepted Insurances
Questions about coverage? I’d be happy to help verify your benefits. I can also provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Ready When You Are
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’d like to talk, I’m here.
